Gregory F. John

Gregory F. John is an aviation entrepreneur and industry leader with over twenty years of experience spanning flight training, airline operations workforce development. As Founder and President of Infinity Flight Group, he has built one of the East Coast’s premier flight training enterprises, but his broader focus has always been on building scalable pathways into aviation careers, particularly for veterans and underserved populations. He holds FAA certifications as an Airline Transport Pilot, CFI, CFII, and MEI, and earned his BS in Business Administration from Boston University, with additional studies at the Wharton School of Business and participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.

Greg has been a consistent advocate for aviation workforce policy, having helped develop programs that have transitioned over 1,500 veterans into careers with major airlines, including a first-of-its-kind initiative converting military rotorcraft pilots to commercial fixed-wing careers. In 2024, he testified before the U.S. House Committee on Veterans' Affairs in support of the Veterans Flight Training Responsibility Act and has served as an Honorary Commander at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
