Iman Ghali

Iman Ghali serves as Executive Director of Flight Club 502, a leading youth aviation nonprofit she helped found. In this role, she oversees staff, strategic growth, fundraising, operations, and program development working alongside youth officers and volunteers to expand access to aviation through flight training, aircraft build projects, STEM programming, and leadership opportunities. She leads financial management, donor and corporate relations, and large-scale fundraising initiatives that support the organization’s long-term sustainability and impact.

At the heart of Iman’s work is a commitment to building strong community partnerships and creating meaningful pathways for young people to pursue careers in aviation. A private pilot herself, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, a foundation that informs her community-centered approach to leadership, mentorship, and organizational development.

Outside of work, Iman enjoys Pilates, flying, reading, and spending time with her dog, Bowie.
