Ryan Jeff is an aviation training and flight simulation specialist recognized for his leadership in curriculum design, simulator integration, and regulatory compliance. As Chief Instructor at Gleim Aviation, he leads FAA-approved program development, syllabus design, and simulation initiatives adopted by flight schools nationwide.

Ryan collaborates with multiple departments of the Federal Aviation Administration to align policy and strengthen training oversight, and has advised over a hundred flight schools across the United States on certification, compliance, and operational best practices. A frequent speaker at conferences and professional events nationwide, he shares strategies on regulatory alignment, flight school management, and the effective use of simulation and emerging technologies in pilot training.

His academic background spans globally recognized institutions and programs across Asia and the United States, including technical training with Pratt & Whitney Beijing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, summa cum laude, with a minor in Applied Meteorology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering with a Certificate in Mathematics for Engineering.
