Scott Angelo

Scott Angelo is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of UpskillAir, where he helps drive the company’s mission to modernize workforce training through neuroscience-driven technology. A retired U.S. Navy Commander and former Naval Aviator, Scott brings more than two decades of leadership, operations, and aviation experience to his work.

During his Navy career, Scott flew the P-3 Orion, C-130, and C-37 (G-550) aircraft on global missions that included counter-narcotics operations in Central America, reconnaissance and logistics in the Middle East and Africa, and worldwide fleet support. He later held senior leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of Navy Reserve Center Milwaukee and Executive Officer of Naval Air Facility Washington, where he oversaw base operations supporting more than 4,000 service members.

In addition to his role at Upskill, Scott is a First Officer with United Airlines. He holds a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
